Remote Monitoring

Server health monitoring

This starts from monitoring server availability and hardware status (to inform you when a server is down or has a failed piece of hardware) and be expanded to cover usage, performance trending and space usage. You decide on the level you require.

Network Monitoring
Whilst network connectivity is upmost, the knowledge and the peace of mind that comes with a fully monitored network infrastructure comes a close second.

Our network monitoring systems will track device availability and issue notification in the event of an outage. Our monitoring system can also be tailored to your specific business needs, down to monitoring all hardware (predict a failure and replace the defective part at a convenient time and before an outage is incurred), monitoring performance (switching capacity, bandwidth, latency CPU usage etc.) so that you can identify that potential bottleneck before it occurs.

Remote assistance
Out state of the art systems can be used to provide off-site support when you require immediate assistance.

Our engineers can remotely log-in to your server or network systems to quickly and easily diagnose and solve problems, often negating the need to visit the site keeping downtime to a minimum.
